Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Terms
International shipping is available only for wholesale customers. To arrange details, please contact us at: biuro@weider.com.pl.
For all other customers, shipping is available only within Poland.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods: InPost, DPD, UPS, DHL, Poczta Polska.
Shipping Costs
All product prices include VAT. The shipping cost is calculated and added at checkout.
Delivery delays may occur.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Weider is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
Free Shipping
Orders over 200 PLN are eligible for free delivery via InPost Paczkomat 24/7.
